Paul was fantastic, it was clear immediately that he is very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem with our boiler over the phone and talk me through the issue. Paul helped out the previous owners so they recommended him to me as we were having some trouble with radiators since moving in recently. Paul was very courteous and helpful, willing to spend the time to explain how the heating system which is new to us worked and most importantly got the issues fixed.

Fantastic, needed an 'unvented' trained gas engineer. Paul did a great job at fixing our unvented hot water tank and took time to make sure the correct part was fitted. He even did a bit of wiring on the boiler at a reduced price. Thanks!
