Very good service and advice on legal matters

Horrible service. I needed someone to witness a document being signed, bit my printer broke, so was unable to print it out. I explained my situation, but was told they would only do it with the original document. I offered to send the document via email if they could print it for me, but they refused! It was a 4 page document! I was willing to pay for the copies, but they refused. So rude to me. Go to the solicitor's next door. Way more friendly and accommodating.

Great company always there to help and welcoming staff will go out of there way to explain things more easier certainly would recommend.

Rang this company for some advice,a lady called back the next day ,she was polite very knowledgeable and very helpful, a good experience in all, I will be returning to do business with them

Definitely one of the better solicitors for residential conveyancing. Cannot fault Dawn's service.

Best divorce lawyer. Dealt with my case quickly, with compassion and understood my financial situation too. I highly recommend but hope not to have to go to them again. I'm sure they'll understand.

I phoned Fraser Dawbarns for an appointment to certify an ID form as I had used them before for a house purchase. I was going to be put through to Bev Chase but she was on another call and would call me back. 24hrs later no call back so I phoned again. She was on another call and i was told she would call me back asap. That was the day before yesterday and still no call. This is certainly not good customer service. I also need to do a new will and there is possibly a house sale soon. Fraser Dawbarns will certainly have no more business from me if this is how they treat their clients. I now have an appointment with another solicitor who has been more than helpful.

Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had when dealing with a solicitors. Extremely rude and not particularly helpful. I would encourage you to use a different solicitors if you can.
