This was the first time I had used a cattery for my 6 year old baby girl Kiki so I was slightly worried. The cattery kept me informed with a few text messages and were always on hand when I rang up to ask how she was doing. If we need a cattery again, I'll look no further. My sister left her cat here for ten days with all details point of contact and routine of cat, when fetching her companion he had not passed any urine for 12 hours and when took to the vets was told that through stress he had twisted his bladder .Through talking with Some one who looked after him at the cattery there response was that he was passing urine intermittently and did not think to contact anyone , so through neglect of normal care and protocol she has now lost her life companion .The cattery are now denying all conversations of admittance even through a number of people was there and refuse to compensate also.Will never use again if ever needed wrong

Barlow has had a great time there for his first stay....looked really healthy and couldn't stop talking all the way home which with his last hotel he just hid in the corner of his box and when he got home he hid for the day

Wouldn’t leave my babies with anyone else! We have been taking our cats to Smile for 2 years now, since my girls were 6 months old. I have never used a Cattery before so was really nervous and skeptical about leaving them somewhere new with complete strangers. Dawn (who has now retired) and the staff made me feel at ease, and looked after my 2 brilliantly. I have no doubt as to who I want to look after my 2 cats whenever I go away, they always come back happy, well fed and full of love! The pens are exceptionally clean, it doesn’t smell (a bonus!) and they’re great at sending updates to you via messages to let you know how your pets are getting on! Joe and Victoria are funny and kind, haven’t had the pleasure of meeting Mila & Nala yet but have looked after my dads cat Loki (an ex street cat) and I’ve never seen him so calm and relaxed after staying with them. Please make the right choice and choose SMILE!

We used Smile Cattery for the first time this month and were so pleased we did. From the initial friendly welcome at the booking stage to the great care taken of our cat, Bella, our experience was positive throughout. The owner Dawn is clearly a cat lover and this shines through in her interaction with the cats. Regular Facebook posts (consent provided) of your cat is a nice touch while away. Smile Cattery is now our cattery of choice for when we go on holiday.

Our cat Tyson stayed here for the first time. It is a great place. The owners are really friendly and reassuring. They post pictures on Facebook while you are away. He loved his heated bed so much I had to prize him out of it when I picked him up. We will definitely be using Smile again.

Smiley Cattery is a great place to leave your fur babies. I have been sending Nitro for a couple of years now and know that he is well looked after and cared for. Great price too.
