Papa Johns Pizza
I have ordered from this store many times. Food is always fairly good, but the consistency is ludicrously bad. Sometimes my pizza is overcooked, sometimes it is undercooked. Rarely ever is it perfect (which it should be when the pizzas are so unbelievably expensive). Local Pizza Hut and Dominoes stores have much better consistency.

Ordered a pizza and received the wrong pizza, first off I was told I was lying and the correct pizza was delivered. After multiple phone calls and promises to be called back. I was told my pizza would be delivered in 20 minutes only to be called back after 10 minutes to be told I have to arrange a delivery driver to collect the pizza. I am still not waiting for a call back from Papa Johns. I ordered a double pepperoni pizza and chicken wings I received a margarita and garlic pizza sticks

We ordered two medium pizzas as it was buy one get one free. Not sure if that means you get less toppings but it looked and tasted like it. I watched the tracker and the pizzas were made promptly but were left in ‘quality control’ for over 10 minutes which meant they were just sat waiting for a driver. Then a journey that should have taken maximum 3/4 minutes took them almost 20 minutes to deliver. I have no idea why it took that long to travel 0.3 miles. Needless to say after being out of there oven for half a hour the pizzas were then luke warm and did not look very appetising. Both pizzas were almost tasteless due to lack of sauce and toppings and I had to reheat them to make them edible. As another reviewer noted the garlic sauce is nasty. It’s like butter and I don’t think a garlic clove has been near it. Overall very disappointed. I’ll go back to their main competitor next time.

Had the 4.99 pizza lunch time offer from papa johns and boy it was amazing, il be back again at some point medium pizza for a 5er happy days, chicken and bacon was beauty

We had the Mexican and create your own with tuna. Pizzas weren't bad but apart from cheese, there were very little ingredients on both of them. Almost no meat and tuna. Also, the special garlic dip is disgusting. It looks like custard, tastes like warm margarine, and does not smell and taste of garlic. It went straight to the bin. The competitor across the road makes much better pizza. I will not be buying again

I have ordered from this specific Papa John's for 5 years since arriving here as a student up to now. I have arranged them to make vast quantities of pizzas for parties which they have done so perfectly. I have collectively ordered well over 150 pizzas with this branch.Good solid ingredients and I love that they over vegan and low gluten options. Delivery is always very fast especially during peak hours.Recently the website made an error during payment (which I'm told is being rectified) and then when I made the order over the phone I forgot to make the order vegan. When I called, the staff member on the phone was incredibly helpful and rectified everything and sent over a free pizza and ice-cream. I really appreciate that kind of customer service and will continue ordering from this location for many years to come. Thankyou
