I am so pleased with the service here! I can't thank the Snappy Snaps team enough for helping me with my printing this morning. I was greeted very warmly and honestly treated like a family member! The entire team was so helpful and went the extra mile to really make sure I was happy with the service and that all my needs were met. I couldn't be more happy with the service and level of professionalism I encountered today! Not to mention how quickly it took them to do what I believe was quite a big printing job! Thanks again to Simon and his team, I will definately be back! :)

I like coming to snappy snaps in Swiss Cottage!And that’s is because they have the best selection of frames and costumer service is always amazing!This morning I went in to get a nice frame to put some pictures of my gramma and I left the shop so happy! This nice lady helped to get the best frame and she was so kind to even ask me how I would like the pictures to be positioned! I highly recommend them!

By far the best branch ive been to with this company. Pepe and Julie made me feel like I was a regular, they both gave an outstanding service from doing my passport photo to assisting me with the form and sending my old passport off, of which my application was submitted straight away and old passport was recieved at the passport office the next day. They provide varity of services I would highly recommend this branchUpdate: Renewed passport on Tuesaday, Recieved new passport on the Friday. 4days absolutely brilliant service

Dropped off 2 film cameras to get developed on a Sunday, they are known for their 1 hour turn around time. I go back on Monday to pick them up, so they’ve had plenty of time to develop the photos. They tell me on Monday they still aren’t done because ‘they don’t turn the machines on a Sunday’. So with no phone call or email saying they would be delayed getting them developed, I drove there only to be turned away and told to come back by the end of the day to pick them up.Terrible service, wasn’t told on Sunday that they won’t be done. Absolutely appalling.

I have used Snappy Snaps for years. They have always provided excellent service always. My mother died suddenly and we wanted to produce 250 booklets with order of service and pictures about the life of my mother. We had a deadline and Simon and Julie did a great job fulfilling our desire. Nothing was too much. Everything done to perfection and delivered on time. Her cremation was wonderful with the purple colour matching ORDER OF SERVICE booklet. The family was so happy. Everyone loved it and ask to take to family members who were unable to take. It was simply glorious. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU.

I apologize for the 1 star but I was disappointed and felt disrespected.They are fast and efficient but the problem is price. They told me 17 pounds for baby passport photo on the phone and also when I got there including the file. Then when i had to pay a lady showed up and said I had to pay 3 pounds extra for the file and not having it was not an option. Thus paid 21 pounds. That is super expensive for a photo and not what agreed with prior! Also snappy snaps at other locations is only 15 pounds. Thus I suggest going elsewhere
