Using the Man United website I have ordered two Manchester United home shirts on the 25th July with delivery supposed to be delivered 3rd of August. On checking my order it still shows as processing! 2-4 business days they say! Would have been better ordering from Adidas direct!

Absolutely awful from start to finish. No stock levels and don’t tell you if they have your item or not. Very expensive. Inflate prices then pretend they’re doing you a favour with a discount code. Expensive postage. £8 for one t shirt. (They use Royal Mail tracked which is only half that cost)Poor communication. Expensive returns. Over £5 to send one shirt back. Will never use again. Avoid like the plague.

If you are wanting F1 merchandise don't bother using Fanatics. Your order will be delayed or even canceled at the last minute. You are best going to other authorised resellers and paying the extra money for better service. This has happened on more than one occasion and I spoke to Customer Service to discuss better compensation before I posted this review, only 30% was offered when currency the website is offering 20% to 25% off anyway.

I was worried... but thank you for my order. I received Seattle Kraken jersey, as I ordered. I don't understand the low rating and such bad reviews. everything is fine for me. Transport to the Czech Republic took about 7 days.

Delivery is now overdue by 11 days, no point in using the automated help as it keeps taking you around in circles. By the time I get my order (if I ever do) the event will have passed. Looks like I'm buying my items from a stall on the day. Never would I recommend anyone to use this site. a complete joke...

This company runs the Everton FC shop and they are absolutely useless! Wrong size socks sent, no interest in taking the problem on board and fixing it, just offers a full refund. Ordered the new pickford 3rd away shirt, order hasn't updated for for 2 weeks, so call them and they advise the is a warehouse issue and have no idea when the order would be full filled, not even a day, week or month maybe even years! I would avoid ordering anything from them and I have contact EFC direct to make them aware as this is shocking service for fans of the club.

Didn’t wanna give a one star rating but they wouldn’t let me go lower.This company is a joke. Quick to take your money but I’m still chasing my order after a month with no replies from this abysmal company. I’ve basically been robbed. If you don’t believe me, go to trust pilot and see what thousands of people are saying about these clowns. Same as me. Save your money unless you’ve got money to throw away. Avoid this pathetic company

Awful customer service. Following a delayed order totally ignored my emails cancelling it. Sent a reminder that they had not acknowledged my cancellation, no response. Received email offering 10% and then one offering 30% discount on my next order due to the delays because they could not indicate a delivery date. Days later got a message my order was being shipped, when it was too late for the purpose it was ordered. Carrier refused to return item on delivery. Tried to return via their website, but declined return as personalised. Gave up on their website and took unopened package to the Post Office and have sent it back at my cost. If you want something reasonably quickly (2 weeks) don’t buy anything personalised and hope. Customer service only reply to messages when convenient to them. Stay away and go to your local club shop.

Should have read these reviews but ordered a shirt for my son's birthday. It was 'delivered' and then stolen. Can't get any response from EVRI or Fanatics. Terrible customer service - who invented Chatbots???

These people run the Derby County FC megastore and also online sales which are treated as a separate entity to the club shop. Strongly suggest you do not use the online store if you want to see your goods.Ordered 6 shirts and a tie on 17th September - all shown as being in stock. Tie received within 10 days. No sign of shirts even though if you look at the website now it is still advertising despatch within 3 business days! They have standard American type responses constantly apologising on chat or phone.Keep offering further discounts and refunds, but I actually want the goods. Now told one shirt is out of stock until 17th October. Why not send the other 5 items! You cannot speak to anyone who has a clue what’s happening. For a worldwide company they are pathetic and certainly think they are breaking trading standards.Why do UK football clubs deal with this company?
