Delighted with our purchase. The staff are more than helpful and very friendly. The ‘boss’ man Roger came to the house to make sure everything was ok and couldn’t do enough to make sure we were happy. We are delighted to recommend Dreamworld to everyone. Coffee is good also. Thank you all

The only review I can give this company is never again. This company intimidates its customers when they cannot communicate because they are away by sending a representative to the customers doorstep at a Sunday lunchtime. Then when the standard of service is reported to trading standards they refuse to answer the telephone. After eight weeks we are still in dispute with this company.My husband is eighty years old and I am seventy two. When I telephoned to complain he even asked me how I was going to pay. He now is keeping my deposit because he states I have cancelled the order. I was told that the suite would be ready within four weeks then when after I telephoned after six weeks he maintained that the manufacturer had taken extra holiday over the bank holiday E.G. two weeks and I never received an invoice even though he states he posted one. I am holding the proprietor of this company in breach of contract. He says he posted me an invoice however I never received one .I could go on for ever but would I recommend this company to family and friends NO. Not even my worst enemy.

Excellent service, excellent prices, and excellent product knowledge all coupled with flexible delivery. Talk to the girls in the bedding department you won’t regret it!

Roger and Pauline were so friendly and knowledgeable. They offered excellent customer service. We are very happy with our new mattress.

Poor quality sofa falls apart in 2 years avoid the place and sales talk of roger

I have had a number of items of furniture off this company over the years and cannot fault the service. The staff are welcoming and not pushy and have a great selection of products.

What a beautiful shop, staff where amazing Pauline help me choose a sofa and dinning room furniture at very good price and amazing quality. We was not rushed she took time to show us all the ranges and affordability. Delivery came with in a week and they assembled for us and placed in the lounge what an amazing service Thank you Dreamworld

I would like to warn others not to use this company as they are supplying faulty goods which are not fit for use or purpose.My mother and father are of the age of 80, mother can nearly walk with bad legs. They purchased 2 recliner chairs and a sofa from this company which cost £4.500, upon arrival the goods were faulty. The suite got taken back for repair and came back in a worse state. We have contacted Roger Manley requesting a full refund back in January, since then we have heard nothing from him or the company. We are now taking this further.DONT NOT USE

Recently purchased what was called Rolls Royce of mattresses £1000 suppossed to be good for arthritis, circulation etc. I can honestly say that is Sales Blarney. My parents could not get comfortable on it, so I have had t swap mattresses round. It is no good for the elderly.

I have used Dreamworld for many years and Roger and the team could not have made me and my family more welcome. There is always a cheery smile, offer of a cup of tea and always a good price. I would highly recommend anyone looking for furniture to pop in and see for themselves. No hard sell. Just old fashioned salesmanship.
