Wonderful caring staff. I was running up the stairs to catch a train when I tripped on the last stair and flew into the wall. I was unconscious for a while but when I regained consciousness the staff were extremely caring and helpful in all my needs. I would have given them 10 stars if it were possible.

The massage was great and the lady who worked on me was fantastic. I wish they were closer since I would be there often! At least when I go to England, I know where I will go first! Cheers!

Helpful staff and a cool interior makes this a nice place to await your train. Was sorry there isn’t a place to leave your baggage within the station. However, just across the street is a Bath Barber Company where they will safely store your luggage for 5 pounds for the day. Only possible downside is that you need to collect it during their normal business hours.

Bath was even prettier than I remember from my last visit. The station consists of two platforms, which is a refreshing change from some stations in London. There is a lift available should it be needed or handy for those with luggage, as you have to climb stairs to get to the platforms. Plenty of staff around to ask for assistance. There is seating on the platform as well as a dedicated room. Toilet facilities including disabled and baby changing. Once you exit the station, you are close to many amenities and attractions.

The day was rainy, but it was good!!! It was not possible to enjoy it peacefully due to the rain, but the tour made up for it a lot due to the visit to The roman Bath.

Bath is beautiful and gorgeous. The architecture makes the city a great tourism attraction. Some historical sites to visit are the Roman Baths and the Crescent. Great place for a day out.

Passed through here a couple of weeks back. Train delayed, crying child, lot of bother. Proper jobsworth staff on ticket barrier making it all unnecessarily that bit harder. Some people make the world a brighter place, this bunch certainly don’t..
