Boots opticians - Really easy to get an appointment here and must have gotten 4 reminder texts and a call the day before too. The optician was very helpful and talked through everything clearly. A little disappointed with pushy staff to buy glasses there even got 'your lucky we let you have your prescription when you 're not purchasing glasses'. I paid for an eye test so damn right you're writing me a prescription.

This Boots store is really big. Has a huge range of different makeup brands from high-end to drugstore brands. The skincare selection is nice and the perfumes smell amazing and they have a big selection of different scents. The Christmas gift boxes and sets are really well thought of and cater to all tastes. There is a second floor for baby essentials. On ground floor there are a wide variety of sanitary and hygiene products for all needs. The meal selection is decent and has a few options to pick from. I highly recommend this store.

Very slow and twice in the last six months they have asked me to wait for them to prepare the prescription. After 20mins I asked if it was ready and it was on the trolley ready and they said they had called it out. As I was only sat both times barely 2 meters away, that was untrue. So overall not a good service

There is always an incredibly long queue at the pharmacy and customer service is slow and not particularly friendly. The layout of the store is cluttered which makes it difficult to negotiate and it feels crowded. Not as good as other Boots stores elsewhere but there is not much choice in Ipswich town centre unfortunately.

Waited over 30 mins for my prescription to be told pharmacist went home but had done the medication but just left it on the side. Not organised big cues.

The lady on the PHARMACY today around 12.00 was really lovely. I needed a product from the shop itself. She took the trouble to walk me to the correct shelf. Excellent customer service.Much appreciated

Went to opticians as has problems with my eyes! Had thorough check up and given lots of information and given list of what to buy for relief for my eyes. Amit, served me and was excellent. So knowledgeable:-)

The pharmacy was slow this has happened multiple times, definitely changing soon.The actual shop itself is amazing, clean & tidy.
