Didn't have any food, so i can't really leave a review on that side, ordered a few drinks whilst away for work. Lovely art work round the place. Some cool sculptures too. Speedy table service. Nice atmosphere for a couple with friends.

One of the better Wetherspoons around. Previously a Library, and a Courthouse before that going back to 1816, it still carries the themes from those and is well maintained inside. Lovely beer garden too. Usual vast selections of drinks at good prices, and ok pub grub. As expected, gets very busy on the weekend.

Great experience in such a historic place.I was amazed and wondering how come is sustainable to have such a fast and amazing service, great food , massive building at such low rates ??Truly impressed by the timing I think we ordered a full English breakfast my friend and I with some hot drinks and they brought the food in less than 10 min. Crazy but true !! I loved it . Specially the fried eggs and the bacon are delicious. I went for classical white and perfect toast crunchy and fresh! You may struggle a bit for parking though as there's a space for max 10 cars.Good location not too far from civilization so you can easily get there by public transport.Great place to enjoy with family or your other half.

My favourite Wetherspoons. Always excellent service and a nice atmosphere. Food lovely and as always, great value for money. Visit here often and our daughters love coming here for lunch. You can't beat the Empire State Burger!See you soon.

One of the nicest Wetherspoon's we have visited. The location is superb and the restaurant itself is huge. Lots of seating available even on a Friday evening. The food was fresh and delicious. If you fancy a dessert, I highly recommend the cookie dough sandwich.

Nice relaxing place, good seating arrangement where can have groups seating with privacy not imposing on others, only had 1 pint and was good

Me and my wife have been here twice for breakfast now, and, although my coffee has been cold on both occasions, the breakfast itself along with the service from the staff was outstanding!!! I'd definitely recommend it to anyone..

Great selection of drinks and food at reasonable prices. Atmosphere is good with a good mixture of customers. Limited on~site free parking (dont forget to enter the. Number at the bar) , but there is a car park opposite (charges apply). Overall recommended.
