Lovely hot food, I’ve never had a bad meal from there. Good sized portions, the curry is tasty with mushrooms added at no extra cost.

This little Chinese takeaway place is good for its cheap but quality dishes. The portions are big, so you will definitely be full after a few. The duck dishes are top notch, as well as the chow mein. Fried rice a little bit on the dry side, but nonetheless tasty. Service was super fast, ready in a matter of minutes! Definitely wort it for the price, would recommend.

It's the Lunar New Year and I'm trying to support local businesses. Ordered directly from the website and was promised that the order will be there in 45 minutes. The order was 2 HOURS LATE. Tried calling the number multiple times but the number was busy. Ordered the set for 2 people for £25, 3 out of 8 items were missing from the menu. No apology for being late and the food was cold and tasteless. Disappointed. Never again.

If I could give no stars then I would. Customer service is appalling. On 4 occasions not we've had things missed off our order. Called the restaurant today 27/8/22 essentially saying they can't find our order and then hung up the phone. Not a happy customer, please avoid this place at all costs!

Absolutely appalling service! An order of £45 which gets cancelled yet no notification of the cancellation and the money still get taken from my account. All because of a previous complaint because the food was over an hour late and cold! What a sham of a business. There will be another complaint placed and I hope this review serves as an aid to anyone else thinking of ordering from this establishment. Shame on you, thiefs!

Nothing to Complain about! Been ordering from Hong Kong House for around 2 years now. Would never blink an eye at another Chinese takeaway! Amazing flavoursome dishes, hot on arrival. And always friendly staff when collecting or calling on the phone. Unaware if they are permanently closed now but would definitely recommend.

Bland no flavour or seasoning. Chicken in chow mein seemed liked boiled and just chucked ontop of the chow mein,no flavour, vegs not cooked...used to go here when it was jumbo and was good but disappointed as was craving a chinese for a while...all over bland and disappointing

Howbthis restaurant has a 3star is beyond me. They barely turn up, when they don't they lie and say they did(despite ringdoorbell proof) the time they actually did turn up the food was cold and the wrong order. The food they actually delivered wasn't so great either...
