I have used Tailored Plumbing & Heating 3 times for a variety of jobs, including boiler service, and their service has been top class in each case - they have fixed each problem quickly and been great to work with throughout. I strongly recommend them.

I had a great experience with tailored plumbing and heating. They were very efficient with the work carried out and I was really happy with the end result.

I had all my old radiators removed and replaced with new ones, the workers were respectful tidy on Time finish the job on time.

Unexpected hot water pipe burst under the bathroom sink due to high water pressure. Water all over the floor.Called on an evening and arrived within half an hour.Excellent service and an extremely polite and friendly guy.Will definitely recommend and use their services again.

We moved to our new house and found out the water in the upstairs bathrooms wasn't working.I called on Monday morning and they booked me in for first thing on Tuesday. Erol arrived promptly at 8:00 and got the job sorted in less than two hours, including going to pick up a spare part that needed replacing.He was professional and knowledgeable so we felt completely reassured from the start that he would solve the problem.I would highly recommend this company and will use them again for my boiler annual servicing.

I had an old boiler system with cylinder, tanks in the loft, and a complicated pipework that needed replacing. They installed a new combi boiler, scale reducer, shock arrestor, magnetic filter, new pipework and nest thermostat. They were punctual, professional and I would definitely recommend them.

I wouldn’t use these guys again. We had a sink installed with them and needed a standard 40mm trap to complete the install. Unfortunately they didn’t carry such a simple part in their van. We eventually got the part from screwfix and they completed the install. Upon complaining about the wasted time they’ve been unreasonable and claimed that we needed a specialist part which really isn’t the case. They’ve generally just been unpleasant to deal with. It’s a shame as they seem to be well reviewed by others and we expected a better service. I recommend using a different plumber.——These guys response summarises their attitude to complaints. I never disputed that the plumber was friendly and courteous, I am merely disappointed that a standard kitchen trap pipe was not carried in your van. We paid for 4.5 hours of time to install a tap, hob and drain. The radiator valve took him 2 mins and considering we were paying by the hour I’m unsure why you’re calling this out as some kind of extension to scope as if you did us a favour. Just a bad approach to dealing with what is a reasonable compliant.

It’s our second time using Tailored Plumbing & Heating and once again the team (Erol, Dave and the office staff) have upheld the high level of professionalism and service we previously experienced. We recently moved into a house that had +40 year old boiler and pipework. The team removed the legacy kit, installed a new boiler, unvented cylinder and replaced x5 radiators. The communication was great from beginning to end! I would not hesitate to recommend them. Consistent, punctual, honest and reliable. A pleasure to do business with them.

Had a really great experience with Tailored Plumbing & Heating. On a Sunday, with family coming to visit, we discovered we had a gas leak - not ideal! Luckily Tailored was able to get someone out same day to sort the issue. Very upfront about pricing which is much appreciated. Thank you so much!
