The staff are amazing. Cinema is always a great place to go. I suffered a diabetic hypo and needed to be seen by paramedics. The staff could not have been better.

Easy to park. Very comfortable seating, clear picture and great sound quality. Lots of screens so a good choice of films. Service was prompt and efficient.

Took the kids to watch a film. We got in nice and quickly, cinema was clean, chairs were comfy. As always, soft drink and popcorn very expensive so only kids got to indulge. Therefore that drops it from a 5 to a 4 star review.

This isn't a very big cinema by most standards. There are several screens, but all are small. Generally, it is clean and quite comfortable, although it is dated and long overdue a refurb. As usual, the available food and drinks are massively overpriced. The cinema is on the 1st floor and is serviced by stairs and escalators, but I can't remember a lift. On that basis, I would recommend that wheelchair users check before attending.There is a carpark next to the cinema which is free for 3 hours. However, it is quite small and also used for other businesses. The larger Coppins Road carpark has a walkway across the road to the cinema.

Great film, service and choice of refreshments, but I found the communal space too dark and not enough posters of future films around the waiting areas....unless you fancied a trek down to the tenth screen ( with an 86yr old), the posters were just advertising Cineworld ticket deals. More future films promotions would look better.

Could hear the road during quiet film moments. Screen 5.Screen 6 is better. Looking a bit tired now though.Nice large ticket hall

NO HOT DOGS AGAINcould do with a abit of a refurb( the chairs pictured kinda remind me of the dining room chairs you would get in a nursing home ) . The place is missing the old video game machines it used to have here . Staff very friendly tho and helpful .

Its cineworld, you pay a premium for films but the screens are good size and and more comfortable i think than some others. I enjoyed the films and would go again, i think the unlimited pass represents reasonably good value if you are an advid cinema goer. You cant beeat the big screen experience, just the adverts that are annoying especially when you are paying a high premium to watch a film.
