4 inch gap left at the bottom. I had to involve HQ as Bowen refused to even look at the problem. HQ directed Bowen to sort it at his expense and within 10 days I get visits from Building Control and Planning Enforcement over what the officer said was a malicious complaint (& not my neighbours) I wouldn’t use them or recommend them.
