The experience I had was exemplary from the first valuation visit right through to completion. I had a pushy and difficult buyer and Hillier and Wilson acted with dignity and professionalism at all times and most importantly according to my instruction and interests. I was ill during the process and was in hospital for some of the period and I found the ladies in the office efficient and understanding. They worked well with my solicitor and kept me informed at all times via my requested media. I have now moved out of the area but the greatest compliment I can pay Hiller and Wilson is that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again. I can't thank you enough!

Relocating to area, so difficult to make trips to the area. Tried to make appointments to view two properties, unfortunately poor communications to confirm.Eventually tried to re-schedule due to work commitments, but no staff available on Friday.So when suggested my wife viewed on her own on the original day this was not allowed, told viewing could only be done as a couple.Glad I'm not selling with them!!17/5/23I accept almost everything in your reply and appreciate that in your line of business you are dealing with large volumes of messages and instructions which can lead to, at times, misunderstandings and poor communications beyond your control.However to be told that veiwings were only allowed, in our case, by husband and wife was not a misunderstanding.Many thanks.
