I use it all the time, professional help and Mark (the owner) is so helpful and he is answering your questions in a real time if you try it contact him on Facebook. Been using Saturn magic for a number of years now and have never had a problem even when just purchased something and put the wrong address it was sorted out with in five minutes of an email getting sent (on a Bank holiday too) Mark and his team go above and beyond.Thanks looking forward to playing with double cross later today am adding it to my turbo stick routine (you can see were this is going if you know turbo stick)Azza

I have never had anything less than a great experience shopping with Saturn Magic. Always helpful, knowledgeable and reliable. A lot of other, maybe more well-known, stores could learn a lot from their customer service.

Sadly the guys at Saturn Magic feel that they if they don't respond to a message regarding a return, then they can wash their hands of it therefore not giving a refund in these difficult retail times... interesting way to keep hold of customers money eh!This was the second time I have used this shop, and the second incident that's happened regarding no communication with customers. Certainly do not recommend and will not use again.No doubt this may prompt a response from Saturn Magic, sadly albeit too late really.Being a retail manager myself for many years, I know I most definitely would not be impressed with my staff if they failed to respond to messages from customers.

Of all the magic products I purchased at the Blackpool Magic Convention, the guys on the Saturn stall were the most helpful and knowledgeable. This was greatly appreciated by me as a newcomer to the magic fraternity. Many thanks… Bob

Most unhelpful magic shop at the Northern hemisphere. Need a svengali deck with a specific force? No can do Sir. Package lost by Royal Mail? No we won't do effort to look for it. You are better off with some good Dutch or German magic shops, they deliver faster and cheaper and they understand the importance of customer support.
