Please read a few other reviews if you feel this is not true. Shameful service from subway.Even though I'm not a first customer.. Their attitude towards the diverse culture in Birmingham is shameful. Sad that Diversity is taken poor care by the customer service of Subway. Its easy to recruit a diverse team but its difficult to deliver it in customer service. They forget the fact that they're in England with their Asian chit chats while serving food and giving back wrong order. I was thinking if I'm a first customer, I will be afraid to come back as they choose my selections.After that requested for using restroom. Not happy with me, they refused my entry saying its blocked.. There was no notice in front of the restroom so I had to take a photo of it.

Terrible food hygiene and customer service.Never see them washing hands after mopping the floor.Worst of customer service examples and rudest behaviour.Filthy minded staff and no sense of respect and cleaning.

After a long journey I visited subway where the lady in there was screaming at the new guy telling him he should not be working there. I told her he has to start somewhere just like she did so don't talk to him In such a manner as he's trying his hardest. After telling her straight, she turned to him and now shouting at him again. Poor lad. Safe to say she will be getting told before I leave. Arrogent

Popped in as I really had a craving for the spicy Italian, lol, they are very efficient staff, working as a team and very speedy. Took a star off as the sub was quite cold when eating in, but it was still nice. Very clean environment and a much better service than my local subway

Went in shortly ago, women was incredibly rude and rushed through my order. Ask if I wanted to eat in or not then changed her mind and said it’s too late because they close and then rushed through my order and immediately charged me for just the sandwich without asking and I felt flustered in what was going on. She then told me it’s too late for a meal deal and was quite rude, as I walked away an existing customer asked for the toilet key who was eating I’m and she slammed it down on the counter and walked away..

Good location, fresh bread, tasty salad and service. Need to place tissues outside, serve proper papers for in the premises consumption. Overall good but can be best!Stingy in tissues, easy access of toilets, don't serve papers for in hose food service.Liked it, will visit again.

19/10/2020 I went there for my breakfast and I bought one #Cappuccino and #chocolate_cookie but it this covid_19 time they, not give me a tray for my food and there wasn’t busy this morning it was very very quiet than be they can’t provide me with a tray.
