Shame on you. Yesterday I witnessed an elderly lady fall face first on the pavement right outside your solicitors firm. A young man went to her aid in the pouring rain, called an ambulance and tried to make her comfortable. Both were getting soaking wet and the lady was very bloody and distressed. The receptionist in your office was watching everything through the large glass windows.The young man went into MacLachlan‘s offices to ask for help. She gave him a first-aid kit and refused to assist any further. Not even to get her out of the rain. Once the emergency services had arrived and taken her away, The young man went into MacLachlan’s offices to ask if he could use the toilet and wash the blood off his hands and he was told to go away. If this is your attitude towards the community I think you should pack up and move elsewhere.

MacLachlan's were excellent in helping me deal with my late parents' estate. They dealt with a somewhat complicated probate process without a problem and handled the conveyancing of the property smoothly and with patience. As I'm not local, I appreciated being able to work with them remotely when I wasn't able to visit the office in person. Above all, the support, empathy and warmth they showed made a difficult time so much easier.
