Best customer service I've ever received from letting agency.Needed help on Saturday morning, out of their working hours, and got it immediately ( first check within 15 min from a phone call and emergency electrician within an hour). After having many bad experiences with some of big companies around this feels so good to write this review.Thank you so much guys!

All round positive experience dealing with Pure Property Management. Responsive to my many questions and all communication very clear and detailed and quick - essential when needing to find a rental in Edinburgh! Of course very happy that our rental worked out but would still leave a 5* review even if it hadn’t. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with the team right from the start. The showing agent at the property was fantastic and very helpful. Joanna from the admin team was very helpful, professional and replied to my enquiries very quickly which I did appreciate. Dealing with the team showed me how much they are different from the other agencies and I highly recommend them!

When I started looking for a new place, Pure Property Management was one of the first agencies I contacted about a flat I found on some website. They contacted me the next day about a viewing, the day after the viewing they asked me for half of the deposit and to fill in some forms (basic stuff and takes a few minutes only) and a week after that they offered me the flat. This is the best agency I've used to get a flat in Edinburgh. Without fail they're always on top of any assistance I've needed with my flat.I've had James help with maintenance issues and every time they're sorted before they're ever an issue.Would recommend them for any help regarding looking for a flat.

Really great experience with Pure Property, especially compared to previous landlords. Pure Property have been very generous and flexible when leasing their flat to us. They were very responsive and communicative during the application and signing process, and we received all the relevant up-to-date documentation and more. They were very friendly, and signing the house was an easy process, since they have a lot of cool digital services to ease the process. For example, we just needed an app to do all rental checks prior to signing. There is a company who helps with bills and utilities if necessary, and they also have a simple maintenance report website for queries, which is very thorough and organised. So far, it has worked great and Pure Property have been responsive and understanding. Overall, would definitely recommend.
