Having used Close Brothers Motor Finance as both a Customer and still using them as a Credit Intermediary [We also have a Used Car Sales Business], I can confidently say they are one of the best car finance outfits out there!Competitive Products and Rates, very friendly and helpful staff. Never have to wait long if you should ever need to speak to someone for assistance.From a business perspective they are one of the easiest to deal with on a day-to-day basis. We have done for well over 15 years. We have developed great relationships with our account managers who are always approachable and will assist in any/ every way they can. All the online systems in place ensure underwrites and payouts are quick and easy. When things don't quite go so smoothly, there is always someone available to iron it out. Pretty much hassle free!We will continue to use them for years to come!

Could originally login to their portal (check balance remaining, additional payments etc) but after ~6 months was blocked/unable to login. When I called customer Services they said that they couldn't see any problem and that they would reset my account and let me know when I could log back in, I even asked if they could make a note of my phone and email but they never got back to me - that was about 6-8 months ago now. On my final month of payment and tried logging in again and still can't. Terrible

Very easy online system to change direct debits details/settlement figures etc. The entire team is very helpful, professional and efficient. The quickest and simplest way to obtain finance for your next dream car.

Very happy with close brothers,I've paid a few things off in the past and gone back when it suits,Two motorcycles,My van insurance and bike insurance,In my Dads day finance was called the never never or buying on the drip,I love my bikes and happy that never never actually means without i would never have got them at all

I would never use this company again!If you end up needing their support due to personal circumstances or a faulty car, they will do absolutely nothing to help you!They will just harass you and send threatening letters!Even though some of the call handlers sound lovely, their customer service is rubbish. Call handlers don't have the power to do hardly anything. You have to wait for a call back from a different team. This call won't happen until you have rung them and asked over 5 times for this call to happen. They also don't acknowledge any emails that you send them.This whole experience has been very stressful.Now I'm stuck paying thousands of pounds for a car that won't even start up!Their advice is to sell the car which isn't worth nowhere near the amount that is owed to them! Absolute joke!I've had to raise a complaint with the financial ombudsman.

Superb company, that we have dealt with for nearly 10 years, our longest finance partner. This is because they continue to lend through the cycle and do business the right way, they treat our customers fairly, offer great rates and very easy to deal with. Ive had a great account manager and they seem to be a good company to work for having met lots of people who have been with them a long time. Highly recommended.
