We rented a motorhome for a weekend away at a festival and we had such great service.In particular, Ursula was fab from start to finish with communication and support, and the motorhome was amazing - the nicest we have stayed in for facilities and we picked it up with plenty of gas and water for the trip. We have just taken delivery of our first motorhome and although the timescale was a little extended it was through no fault of TMD. We have to sing the praises of Paul Chance who has been extremely patient and understanding since we first met at the Motorhome show in the NEC in February. Paul and TMD always did exactly as he said they would! The vehicle we purchased needed some repairs, which were delayed by parts availability from the factory. We also had air conditioning fitted and the quality of the workmanship overall was excellent, we can highly recommend them for either sales or workshop services.

I was very fortunate to find my dream camper van with TMD. Superb customer service from start to finish. Everything went smoothly and the Van was spotless when I collected it. Dave the sales advisor couldn’t have been more helpful. A real pleasure doing business with him. A really great way to start my campervan adventure.Thank you

After looking at different models at various motorhome sales firms we chose to buy from TMD Motorhomes. Felt at ease and in safe hands throughout. Very happy with the service and the motorhome itself. We had a few minor issues as with any new vehicle, but these were attended to quickly and to a high standard. Would definitely recommend TMD.

Headed to Silverstone from Belfast to watch the F1 and we decided to go in style for our first trip by hiring a Motorhome. I came across TMD Motorhomes as you do over search and seen the good reviews from Listed here on Google and seems for good reason.From the very start Ursula has been a legend, always on hand from the start answering any questions and just generally keeping me right. We picked up the Motorhome, which was very clean, came with more utensils than I knew how to use, and was equipped with some outdoor furniture, and was ready to go.The Motorhome was ideal for what we wanted, was very comfortable and spacious for just the two of us but you could easily have 4 adults sharing with no issues.Despite having a bit of damage on return this was handled fairly and professionally by the TMD team, the drop off process was just as slick as the pickup process.Would and will highly recommend TDM if you’re thinking of a Motorhome Trip. All being well with tickets I will be back next year.

We’ve just bought our first motorhome from TMD. We’ve had great service and helpful advice from all the staff.We first met David a year ago and he remembered us (not sure that’s good LOL) anyway Jason and David have made our first purchase a memorable experience.We’ve been given lots of useful advice and we had our handover the day before we collected. Paul gave us the keys on the day and was another friendly face that makes up the team at TMD.Sorry I don’t know the ladies names of reception because they also had friendly chat with us.

Being new to motorhomes, we saw one that looked ideal for us at TMD.Met Dave Perry the sales man, who was enthusiastic, incredibly helpful and guided us through all the aspects of motorhoming.For me, the real gauge of a dealer is how they respond to requests / after sales support and I have to say that TMD were great. They did everything they said they would do and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to spend this sort of money.The couple of things that we found after our first trip were sorted straight away and very professionally. I have no hesitation in using TMD to look after our motorhome in the future.Thank you Dave for responding to all our questions - even out of hours!
