Shocking service. I am disappointed with the after care service. I received constant calls and messages to get me to make an appointment to go and see them and renew my finance and change my car. If I ever called and left a message I got a call back. I went and renewed my business and got a new car. There was a part missing in my car was was told a new part would be ordered and posted to me and I have received northing. I called twice last week and left messages for an update and nothing. I called again today to be told the order was cancelled with no apology or explanation as to why and then told to sort out it myself and they would reimburse me. Shocking service. I feel that now they have my business they are no longer interested

Jordan was amazing from start to finish!! He wasn’t letting me go until he got me a car on finance. He tried his hardest to get me what I wanted at a reasonable price. Within an hour of him ringing me he managed to get me sorted and had an appointment at the showroom for later that evening. He even took us up to the garage to view the car. Will definitely be using them again and would 100% recommend to buy a car with Jordan if you can’t get finance anywhere. Amazing service so thank you!!!

Did absolutely amazing when getting the car, had the car 3 months with nothing but problems all you ever hear is ring customer service for no one to care that your paying over 9 grand for a car! DO NOT BUY A CAR UNLESS OF THESE YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR BUYING! the warranty covers absolutely nothing in small print too so don’t forget to read that!

I got my car last week and the service from Jordan and the team at the Dronfield branch was great. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The after service is also fantastic, and a six month warranty on the car. Will defiantly go back when I need to upgrade.

I came here not expecting to walk away with a new car, more just assess my options.In the end they helped me settle my finance and walk away with a new car I was convinced would be well outside of my budget and I couldn’t be happier.
