It was a £800 worth car, but it was a completely mistake buying it. They would not care about the conditions of their products.They will try to sell you scrap metal a high price with no care. Maybe if you are going to buy a £3000 car you are lucky, but be carefull before buying cheap car with them. This car has clutch problems, sills gone, all wheels parts rotten, weird noises appeared after 1 week... A disaster. Well, my mistake? May be, so be carefull.

It's difficult for me to give D&M Motors more than 2 stars. I bought a 2007 reg Ford Mondeo from these guys in late August 2019. 5 minutes after driving away an engine light came on. While they fixed this without complaining, this wasn't a good start. More importantly, I've just had it MOTed and it's failed on 8 different points and the work needed to pass includes replacing the front and rear brake discs and pads, and replacing a wheel bearing. There are also 17 advisories including the detoriations of the alternator and power steering belts. While I only paid £1000 for this car, so didn't expect anything amazing, I'm not happy that less than 6 months later and after I've only driven it, at most, 2000 miles, it needs £400+ of repairs.

I recently bought a car from MDM Motors and recieved excellent customer care. I part exchanged my car for which they offered me a good price. All staff were very helpful and efficient. I had a couple of minor problems with the car which they dealt with to a high standard and again with great customer service. I would definately buy another car from this garage. Love the car too!

Went there to buy a car and encountered a very rude gentleman" who had described a car I was interested in as having excellent bodywork. If scratches everywhere and paintwork that looked like it was washed with a brillo pad are excellent

Bought a car from them which broke down on the way home from buying it. As we agreed to no warranty that basically meant no help from them what so ever. We had to get the car towed to our local garage. In the end I had to fight for my money back at the small claims court (taking 7 n half months from day of purchase to refund of money) which I WON as it's the law to be following the sales of good act. They thought they were going to win and dragged it out. Customer service is also shocking too I wouldn't recommend this garage to anyone. If you end up in the same position as me ( buying a faulty car and the garage refusing to help in any way) speak to citizens advice to know your rights as it seems I'm not the only one to buy a faulty car from them.

Absolutely rubbish dealers. Was looking for a SLX and they would just not budge over anything. Their careless attitude said, we can let the car be. if you wont buy it, someone else will. Very rude. I was trying to politely ask if they would agree to a lower price than 5000 but they were very rude. Seems another customer was also having problems with them on another car where they were constantly having problems with the car and not fixing it. Their attitude was absolutely sick even towards the other customer who looked more keen on making the sale than them. Hope anyone that buys from them is careful.

Bought a Suzuki Swift, with a slipping clutch, (which I was made well aware of before I purchased the car), within a week the clutch went. I took it back to MDM- Motor group, and my car was fixed to a very high standard within 24 hours. Excellent communication, more than reasonably priced cars & friendly & welcoming staff. Would 100% buy another car from here.

I bought a fiat panda from these guys about 18 months ago now. It was a bit cheap for 2011 reg and I was a little sceptical. I took it for a test drive and looked stuff over and thought I'd give it a go. I've been burned pretty bad before with cheap cars but I can honestly say the panda has been great. Its been very reliable with only one significant fault since I got it, considering I've done over 30,000 miles that's not bad going.Though this may have been a matter of luck, I can personally happily give mdm 5 stars as my panda still runs smoothly as ever.

Just bought my second car from these folks. Overall happy experience, previous car bought in 2014 for £695 has lasted me up until now and would probably last even longer if not for the accident I had.Nice, polite and helpfull. Put 12 months MOT and changed two rear tyres (even though they were still legal) sorted me out with drive away insurance for 5 days and also gave me 3 month warranty. Considering £1495 I have paid for the car, not bad! Happy customer, will be recomending to friends.

I wouldn’t recommend this car sales to anyone. I bought an astra with 3 months warranty being told it covered the clutch after ten week of driving it the clutch had gone to then find out I was lied to regarding the warranty. And to then be ignored by the company after disputing it. Not even worth one star!
