I can't wait to go to the Vibe Den's new location in Denbigh. I've been going to their Vibe Cycle classes at the Rugby Club since last October and they are absolutely amazing. You get a really good workout without realising how hard you are working because the music and atmosphere is brilliant. Dim those lights, get the sound system on and disco lights flashing and you are away. Absolutely brilliant.

I visited the new VIBE DEN very recently and absolutely loved it. It has a friendly and fun atmosphere and the instructors are all very welcoming. The timetable is packed with a variety of amazing classes...once you've tried them all you'll be addicted!!! Great music, great vibes and beautiful ladies who run it! Just wished I lived closer!!!

What can I say about this little gem! Vibe Den has amazing classes to suit everyone's abilities, you come away feeling amazing! Very friendly staff and great that you can PAYG on classes or a no contract monthly membership. They also offer sports massages which are fantastic!! You won't be disappointed at Vibe Den!
