Valley Pet and Equine Crematorium
Valley pet cremations are amazing. My boy Todd was picked up 4 days earlier than I was told and delivered back 4 days later. I didn't have to wait the two weeks. His ashes were beautifully packed and the receptionists were so caring. Thankyou so much for your sympathy and empathy. Todd will swim all the time,the tide will be forever in xx

I honestly never thought I would use a pet crematorium and assumed when my gorgeous girl died I would simply bury her in the garden, but I have been blindsided by how upset I have been since she died on Monday and knew I needed to treat her death with the respect she deserved.Thank you SO much for being so caring. Hayley, you made me feel so much better and I felt a huge sense of relief when I passed Kitty over to you.I know I've done the right thing now and I am so grateful for your kindness and care. Jess x

Valley Pet and Equine Crematorium
I have used valley pet and my own experience of them was very good. From the receptionist I found her to be very compassionate, and she helped me to arrange something that financially helped at a hard time. Very nice service and I had a paw keepsake and fur, and bluebell scatter tube, wich again was all very nicely presented and in a way you could see he was taken care of ..thank you valley pet..I have a photo in with the paw and is very touching

I’m a bit late leaving a review, but in September 2022 i sadly lost my beloved Riley. Valley crematorium were amazing at a time when i was feeling lost, they talked me through everything they would do and checked with me if i was ok with them trimming his paw pads for the paw print cast i had requested. They show me such kindness and compassion and i am forever grateful and feel lucky for them helping me keep a reminder of the blessing it was to have been Riley’s owner for the 12 years we had him. Thank you again to everyone involved

When I lost my darling boy I dreaded talking to anyone, but when I spoke to Heather she made me feel normal. Her compassion, patience and understanding was beyond anything I expected.When the man collected my boy he was amazing, so caring and thoughtful. We could have hugged him.The personal touches: a card showing who cared for him and who made his paw memorial, made such a sad time a little more bearable.I cannot recommend this company enough: A sentiive and personal service. Thank you for being so kind. My dog was the best so is this company.

I want to express my gratitude to Heather and the team at Valley Pet Crematorium for looking after my dog, Cami, and myself after she went to sleep during the Jubilee Bank Holiday.Valley Pet were the only pet crematorium open as they recognised they would still be needed and the stress to those who needed their services would be off the scale, without support for 4 days!The service we received was exceptional - thank you.

Valley pet cremations where so sympathetic and caring when we lost our beloved boy Cody 3 weeks ago every thing happened so quickly but Heather and her team arranged everything for us from picking our boy up and looking after him and returning his ashes and paw print to us.We will always be grateful to them for their care and compassion at a very difficult and upsetting time.

Genuinely kind and caring and kept me informed every step of the way. Brynn was picked up from the vets on the day he died and his ashes were delivered back in just one week, and so beautifully packaged. I am so thankful you gave him such a dignified final journey.
