On Arrival with 4 friends.We were greeted by a Gentleman who showed us to our reserved table. A lady then came to tell us how to order drinks at the bar. The Venue, Copper Beech, was clean and tidy, the bar staff were very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was lovely and the food was perfect. We all had the Carvery. Which was delichious and plenty of it too! I have been before and ordered the Hunters Chicken, absolutely lush! The Restaurant started to fill quickly and our table was the loudest, as we were singing Xmas songs.The whole 2 hours we were there was wonderful, and we had a lovely time. We will return again, probably in the New Year!. Thank you all for a very pleasant time at Copper Beech. Norwich.

Good, delicious food. The burgers are slightly dry (not enough sauce for my personal opinion). Other than that it's great! The deserts are lovely.

Ordered a take away, the burgers were so dry, no lettuce...the chips and wings were nice. I didn't enjoy my meal at all, was super excited to try out their menu but l guess l won't be going back again.I still have a copy of my receipt to prove to you that it was a take away and although l must admit the cashier did put that disclaimer that you don't usually do takeaways.

We had a carvery which was very mediocre. The gammon & turkey were fine, as was the Yorkshires. The stuffing was ok but all the veg was stone cold & inedible. The roast potatoes were like leather & really hard to get a knife through. The gravy was really thick, you could almost cut it & so dark brown, it looked awful.The best part of the meal was the dessert which was lovely though.The staff were nice.The chairs were badly stained & made the place feel a little unkempt.The loos were nice & clean though.I would go again but avoid the carvery next time.

After having a bad carvery here a few weeks ago and leaving a bad review, the manger emailed me a free meal for 2. Today I decided to use this offer! Totally different experience, lovely girl behind the bar serving. Decided to have THE ULTIMATE SOUTHERN FRIED CHICKEN BURGER this time. It was really nice food so I thought it was only fair to write a positive review! Thankyou for the offer and changing my opinion

We was a group of 32 people mostly elderly we had the back room so we could all sit together On arrival we was greeted and shown to tables they was looking very festiveWe had a young lady who was very polite helpful with helping our residents nothing was to much trouble for this young lady she is certainly a credit to your restaurant. The young men who brought the starters and desserts also polite and friendly, We had lovely meals and everyone enjoyed themselvesWe also want to thank rest of staff especially those we do not seeWe all looking forward to our next visit

We had a Carvery the week before and enjoyed it so much that we treated my mum to it the following week. The roast potatoes were tough and tepid the second visit, but I guess that’s the nature of a carvery sometimes when the food is sitting out. I especially liked the vegetarian options with the carvery as most places only offer sausages. We would all happily eat there again.

The staff are friendly, the restaurant is clean and welcoming. The carvery is very good. A great selection of vegetables freshly cooked. Very good value for money. I recommend the marstons inns all the time. I have visited many

Very spacious pub with a nice variety of offerings among carvery, burgers, stakes and cod and chips. There is plenty, and free of charge, parking space and the service is very welcoming and fast. There is a menu for kids with many different dishes. The three Stars are because the cod and the cowboy burger was overcooked.
