Inder at Ideal Heat & Build is an absolute treasure. Recommended by a family member, he did not disappoint. He is meticulous in his work, very professional and discusses in-depth the options available. He replaced a very old fuse box, fixed a faulty shower and lighting issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services. Polite, knowledgable and very punctual. Inder will be my first port of call for all plumbing and electrical issues going forward. Boiler serviced by Inder on Saturday showing a fault in the flue meaning I couldn't use it. It was 22 years old so he gave me several options and I elected to have a new boiler. He gave me several options again and I picked one which he fitted today. Very impressed with his work, tidiness and he explained everything he was doing. He made good inside and out and I was very pleased with everything about him and his work. 10 out of 10. Thanks Jon

Called Ideal heat this morning when our hot water stopped and our boiler was displaying a fault. Inder came round within 30mins and was able to identify the fault with our boiler. He replaced 2 parts and kept me fully informed every step of the way. Very happy with the quality service and will be contacting him soon for some additional works. His prices are very good too. I have used this company for the last six years, first for an emergency boiler breakdown repair and then for the annual gas safety checks and boiler servicing. They offer a quick and efficient service, they have extensive knowledge and explain the appropriate options available. They are registered with Check-a-Trade. Their price rates are competitive. I have always been very pleased with all results and would fully recommend this company.
