Visited today, and wanted long gel builder nails. At first, it wasn't what I wanted, but Kevin fixed it immediately. My appointment was for 6, and as they close at 7, I was worried I may have to return to fix it, but they stayed open later and made sure it was what I wanted. Amazing customer service, will visit again. Love love love my holiday my nails, thank you

If you need your nails done, go see Tracy @Glam in Harrow. She is the best! I’m visiting UK for a few weeks from the U.S. and needed SNS fills. I made appointment for 10am, showed up on time, was seated by 10:10 and was out the door an hour later with pretty nails, with the right shape (almond). I travel a lot and this could of gone sideways but it didn’t because Tracy knows nails. Tracy gets 5 stars!The experience is 4 stars because the salon needs better chairs, is in need of upkeep and they have a Visa/MasterCard sign on window but they only take cash. I had to walk over to bank that was across the way. Don’t know what that fee is going to be for getting cash out in other country. :(

I love their prices and their service is generally really good. Honestly, I think the men are better than the women here (I had a woman this time). Love my nails though!

Kevin is so talented and a lovely guy.Love coming here to get my nails done, only place in harrow that are good at what they do, love the design choice aswell.

Lovely little nail salon, everyone is polite they offer tea and coffee. David is my favourite, he's amazing at nails and a very friendly person. It was raining, and my primark bag had split, and David went in the back to find me another bag he then did my nails perfectly! The only place I will go for my nails and acrylic toes. Prices are good as well!
