They clearly don't care - cancelled my mobile booking last minute

Wiltshire tyres working under contract with Blackcircles over tightened my locking wheel nut on 15/08/23. They attempted twice to remove it and failed. This issue was a nightmare to resolve. I DO NOT recommend this company.

I would 100% recommend them for your car issues and they allow you to bring your own parts and install them for you

went to Bathwick told to come bk 4hours later only to be told didn't stock van tyres. walked into Wiltshire tyres great staff sorted within 45mins no appointment needed... never going to bathwick again. u shudnt either go here

If anyone is looking for a garage to go to then go to Wiltshire tyres in Chippenham. These guys are so nice and know exactly what they’re talking about. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get anything done on my car now. Having a high performance car, it’s always hard to know where’s the best place to take it but this is the place. Jason has recently built me an exhaust which is amazing and cheaper than buying an off the shelf one. It was a bit loud (my fault and not there’s because that’s what I’ve asked for), I took it back in, they ordered a couple of small resonators and job done. Always happy faces of the staff when you go in there, what a brilliant company. Keep up the good work Wiltshire tyres

Got a mobile fitting through Black Circles with Wiltshire Tyres. They were fuss free and even changed my tyres a day earlier than the appointment due to tyre delivery speed. Would recommend!(Only downside is whenever I tried ringing them, once the phone connected, I couldn't hear them so Kieran (great customer service!) had to call me back).

Not recommended. Car went in for a simple clutch change, cost me over £1200 and drives worse now than when I took it to them, they damaged bolts so had to cut fly wheel out causing multiple damage along the way. No idea what they are doing, they should stick to tyres and not take on jobs they are not capable of completing. Courtesy car has faulty brake they are fully aware of this and still let it go put to customers. Awful customers service, no communication and constant lies and cover up. Gossiping mechanics meant I heard through grapevine about my car before they contacted me, infact they didn't contact me I had to ring them.

Very poor service, came round today to fit my new tires, 15 mins later i receive a phone call to have a look at the car. He tries telling me one wheel is missing a bolt when i already checked this morning they were all there, i look at the wheel and the missing bolt is on the ground so hes either forgotten he has took it out or hes trying to get away without completing the job. Next he shows me the other wheel and explains that the bolts are just spinning and not coming out, i have a look at the socket he is using and its cracked on the inside so it will just spin on the bolt head probably rounding it off aswell. After I the customer have sorted out the two problems he continues to mumble to himself and hit the inside of the van blaming the state the van has been left for him and the poor equipment. After he has left i test drive the car and the steering wheel is shaking, obviously the wheels havent been balanced properly. Never in my life have i met such a incompetent unprofessional person. I Do not recommend this company to anyone and now i will have to pay extra to get the wheels balanced myself.
