Service and response are good.Only remark I have has nothing to do with the company, really.I ordered a Silk Road Ti frame in large as recommended for my 180 cm, but an extra large would have been better. Have the seatpost sticking out at max to be at the right ride height. Maybe My body has a strange geo though, although my Santacruz is also large; fits perfect.Great company!

Really happy with the whole buying experience. Ordered a bike and picked it up from their HQ a couple of days later. Had my first ride out on the bike and everything was set up perfectly. Gears worked like a dream. Would recommend and definitely use again myself

Best costumer service I've ever had. Purchased a new carbon bike 2 years ago and recently damaged my forks. Contacted their team and they were super helpful when dealing with my request. I sent the bike to them and within a week they sent it back fixed. Ben from Planet X was very helpful and helped me understand what the problem was.

Placed an order for a scandal ltd whilst on offer. Fantastic service and communication from the outset. Alex in the customer service department was excellent. Bike is very good well worth a look at the price and spec is unrivalled. Place 3 more orders for various items and all have been picked and ready for collection the same day. Talk about service. I was in need of a new bike and found Planet X from an old forum post I think. I checked them out and found the ideal bike for me with great parts and it was on sale. I had a slight silly moment where I left the bike in my 'basket' and the item went off sale before I clicked to buy but I spoke with the sales person and managed to get the price back. Very helpful and glad for their help and the bike is great. It took about 9 days to build and was shipped then delivered within 24 hours.

Bought 2 cycling tops and got to say they are excellent.Fitted perfectly and no defects on the garments. At such a good price I was expecting them to be seconds.Out today on a cycle with one on and it was fab.Delivered on time just great service.
