My experience there was really goodStaff were so helpful and mechanics know exactly what there doing . I feel the the pricing system was incredibly good as other places have quoted me nearly 30 percent more . Will definitely go back if I have any more issues with my car

First visited this garage a few months ago and can honestly say I would recommend to every one as they are honest, very helpful, price wise there very competitive and they get the job done with a smile what more do you need. I came in initially just for a quote on servicing my car, they were very busy but the manager still took the time out to have a chat with me considering I hadn’t called or booked my car in he was happy to answer all my silly questions unlike other garages I’ve been to and they do just simply act like they don’t have the time. He gave me the quote and it was by far the cheapest one from the rest I had, i was so impressed with the level of service and professionalism from them that I booked my car in for the following day, the car runs smooth and I’m very happy. Since then I’ve had a few other mechanical jobs on friends and family’s cars I’ve taken to them, and they haven’t let me down, they are hard working and you can tell they pride themselves on their work. Definitely recommend everyone give them a try I’m sure they won’t disappoint.

Avoid this place by all means. I was promised my car would be updated with the service history on my idrive system. I waited for over 3 weeks. Owner kept making fake promises. Was told the idrive will be updated my his mate who works in bmw park royal. Just to make life easy for him. I booked my car with bmw park royal for a health check. The owner i believe his name is haider again confirmed his mate at bmw will update the idrive. However BMW Totally disregarded this and said only service done at bmw park royal only then idrive would be updated. After 3 weeks plus being calm and pateint with everything he said. I requested my money back as the service was done with autoquest purely if my idrive would be updated. I paid my money in full on the day, but its been 4 weeks now and they are now avoiding my calls. I have taken this matter to RMI as well.as well as motor trading standard who will now be taking action. By all cost avoid this place. The owner is a complete liar.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Unprofessional and deceiving to say the least!If you are on the phone to a Sandra from this place please hang up. She is a child!Once they have your money they don't care about the service provided. Also mistakes they make are not apologised for either.DO NOT USE!

I bought a vehicle 1 month ago from Auto quest. I received a call from the dealer to ask if I was happy with the purchase and if I could leave a review if all was ok.Happy to say and with confidence that this is a genuine honest dealer. Thank you for all your help and call after 1 month!

I had 2 front tyres replaced and front wheel tracking done on my AMG E-63S at this great little garage. The 2 managers Arron & Hadar were both good guys. The job was done efficiently and on time and on budget. They seemed to care about their customers and they both love their cars and bikes. If you have some time to kill, get Arron to show you the CCTV footage of his recent motorbike crash. It is unbelievable!

My car had broken down with a complete engine failure in August 2020, I had my car towed to Autoquest in Perrivale they diagnosed the issue for me. The repair was quite expensive and at that point in time I couldn’t afford it all so they arranged for me to have to it towed back home. This was all absolutely fine - I have no complaints.However fast forward October and I get not one but TWO penalty charges through the posts for contraventions that occurred whilst the car was in their care. These were contraventions where there were tickets left on my car and they did not even notify me I had received them. I was dealing with Aron who told me do not worry I will get them paid, we near the end of the time period that there is to contest the tickets, with no update on payment. He tells me to forward the tickets to an address of a business which is struck off on Companies house. At this point I contest them myself as the time is running out. I am informed by Autoquest the reason for the delay is because the person I was dealing with has had a car crash, yet I am contacting a business number and all my messages go unread with no response whatsoever, despite them being delivered.fast forward to Jan 2021 both appeals have rejected because as the council rightly stated my car was parked on a singe yellow (by the garage) and I am not left with a bill for 2 tickets to the sum of £220. Autoquest have not replied to any of my messages since October 2020. I asked them why I was never made aware of the original tickets and yup, I was ignored.This is a A VERY dishonest thing to do and disgusting way to treat people, especially during a pandemic.Please avoid this Garage at all costs.

I booked my car in for a gearbox fault which they didn't fix they did maintenance and charged 600, had my car for weeks no one ordered the gearbox, and my car was left on the side roads gaining tickets no one communicated.And once the car has a ticket they decide to tell you to collect the vehicle unrepaired.Sandra is a absolute mess she asked me to pay 200 deposit to now fix the gearbox after months of having the car, after I made the 200 payment she then told me they don't use that account anymore.3 months later I can't get my 200 back and I refuse to collect the vehicle until they pay back the 200 and my travel expenses.Very unprofessional I had a worker swearing at me all up in my face as a man and I am a female. Extremely disgusted by them!
