I would ot touch them with a barrie pole as I went in to get a rough estimate and the prices were not on the items. Then I booked for a quote to be done they came last wenesdY and they have not contacted me with a quote . So to me they don't need the job.

Really friendly, welcoming service from Dan who talked us through options and costs. He clearly loves his job and was knowledgeable and enthusiastic.Great prices, very reasonable for a wool carpet in a large room with underlay and fitting.The two lads who came to fit it couldn't have been nicer. Again, clearly enjoy their job, did a great job and were eager to get it exactly right (around the top of the stairs and some slightly tricky bits).100% recommend and won't bother going anywhere else in future.

Went in to choose carpet gentleman in shop very helpful and friendly, booked a date/time slot for measuring up had a phone call on the day to say someone was ill reschedule for following day, waited in but no one turned up!!!!Little disappointed as shifted work around to accommodate:-(

An all round brilliant service - Mark was really knowledgeable and could not do enough to help us. We’re really happy with our carpets and such a brilliant price. The fitter done a great job too. I will not be using a chain store again as these guys are far superior

From the initial phone call, then meeting with Mark and finally the fitting itself with Craig, absolutely spot on service every step of the way. Absolutely superb! Faultless and extremely polite. I know who I will be using next time.

Not going to lie there were some issues where the incorrect carpet was fitted on the stairs and the front room needed some attention after fitting but I simply cannot fault the response I received regarding these issues. No arguments the offer to replace asap was given to me to which I did decline and then I was offered my bathroom to be fitted instead free of charge. Would I shop here again, yes definitely after all we are all human and mistakes happen but when someone is so willing to go that extra bit to put it right for you is what matters in the end !!!!

We've had excellent service from Carpet Warehouse, Mark is very knowledgeable and helpful. The fitter was very polite and helpful and did a brilliant job. We are very pleased with the result of our hall and kitchen flooring. We would thoroughly recommend Carpet Warehouse and will not be going anywhere else.

Had my measurements done by Craig last week and he was really helpful & courteous. They confirmed that they provide a fitting only service in case we didn't like the carpets that they had to offer.As a result we went to the shop and selected a few carpets & got a quote. I did mention that I would be checking with a mate who is in trade to see if I can source the carpets cheaper and that they were still happy with the fitting only service (in case they couldn't match the price).As expected, I managed to find the same carpets at half the price and I shared the evidence with Mark who confirmed that he wouldn't be able to match the online store prices which is fair enough. However, when I enquired about whether the quote for fitting would still remain the same, I received a one line reply no unfortunately not" with no further explanations! Says it all I guess..."

Worst. Fitted carpet last year but they did not do a very good job. They gripper nails on the stairs pricked everytime we used the staircase. Had to hammer them. Also the vynl was not fitted properly in the bathroom ( had bubbles after a few days of fitting)The owner was very rude as well.Since I can't reply to ur rude comment, just to let u know I did mention about the nails n the vynl to ur fitter wen he came to measure. And also I've found a cheaper carpet fitting than you.. anyway u proved me right with my last statement about u

I purchased LVT for my kitchen floor, the laying of which was a two day job.Mark visited my property to take measurements and estimate cost. He left his sample book with me, allowing me to take time making my selection. Once my decision was made, his quote was £350 less than his estimate. Amazing!Day one of the work involved removing the existing flooring and screeding the surface. The family and I decided to vacate the property for the day, for the sake of everyone's convenience, leaving Craig to his own devices. He proved to be efficient and trust worthy, and kept me informed of progress.Day two was easier for all concerned, but I had given Craig a house key to use on his arrival. I have returned to my property this evening to a completed job and my key laying on the door mat.So happy. courteous, efficient and expert at what they do. Will definitely highly recommend.
