Got an appointment for next day (not my home town, out of area). Professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Charge as expected. The only negative - vet takes pet in whilst owner waits outside - I know other vets practices now allow owners to accompany pet.

Johnson and Farrel are probably the best small animal vets in the Highlands. We have used their services for many years and many dogs now and truly appreciate their care, attention for not only the animals but also their owners. Their surgical skills are outstanding.I have heard that their large animal services are also excellent and have no reason to doubt this

Whilst on holiday we had to visit Johnston and Farrell. From the receptionist when we called to dealing with the vet everyone was very kind and helpful. Thank you for your advice, we cut our holiday short visited our own vet and our dog is more himself now. More tests to be done.

Having three dogs and a cat we need a good cats practice and we feel this is the best practice we have ever used in over 35 years of having pets. Everyone cares and it all starts with a warm friendly welcome where the staff really know your animal and give a first class professional service.

Always great. Everyone is so kind and any dogs we have had love visiting. Not planned visit this time but pup had fun with a chocolate brownie and wrapper so 75 miles each way and injection to make her sick and now 75 miles home again. Joanne was lovely and pup very pleased to see her even after all the sickness.
