DO NOT leave anything with this company. They kept my macbooks for 3 days without any communication. I finally went to pick them up and they had opened up one of the macbooks, when I got it home I noticed they had taken parts out of it.

The shop is local to us and it’s been 18 months it’s opened. Never we had a bad experience neither complain on a product. Boys are always ready to go out of the way to help. Love the convenience to have shop around.

Excellent customer service and care, fixed my phone in good time and very reasonable price. Much better than the extortionate prices that other phone repair shops in Grays charge, who often say it's cheaper to buy a new phone from them

That's a brilliant repair lab around the Area Grays. I got a best work experience here. Mr. Ali is one of the brilliant, skilled and well experienced working person in the lab. He shows good manners with customers. He replace panel and full servicing of my IPhone 14 pro max in very cheap prices. I face ever best deal here in just 30 mints only.

I went here to repair my iPad, repair was done in a day, but on collection I could hear a buzzing.I took it back the next day, he was very helpful and took a look but the buzzing was still there.He then tried a spare screen and realised it was the screen causing it, which is very very very uncommon and it was just a faulty screen after all which isn’t his fault and is from the supplier.He was very helpful and helped me out when the repair was faulty and corrected it in good time.Been a while now and still works perfectly.Do recommend!
