As this is client based let me tell you about me, I'm as sceptical as they come, I didn't think any of this type of therapy worked. I went to Raff for stopping smoking and after 6 weeks of it I did. He also helped me with my anxiety and pain management ( long term back pain due to nerve issues). Some of the treatment was tough on both of us. Raff is someone who can make you feel at ease and explains the processes of how hypnotherapy works and offers support between appointments and after the therapy. End result for me is that I've stopped smoking, the cravings are less intense, I've got tools to help manage anxiety and my back pain has lessened. All in all it's been an excellent experience and I can't recommend him enough.

Rafal is a true professional. I’ve been getting hypnotherapy to help with anxiety and with every session I’ve been feeling an improvement. I leave each session feeling relaxed and with a feeling that things will get better. I would honestly recommend this to anyone who is considering it.

I had one session with Rafal at welistentoday just over a week ago to stop smoking... Best. Decision. Ever!! I haven't smoked a single cigarette since. What's interesting is that I have barely felt any desire to do it, including after a few drinks (the ultimate test for me). Before the session I smoked every day at least 10+ for almost 20 years, and believe me when I say I have tried SO many different things to stop smoking, including hypnotherapy once before with someone else which didnt work. However this time is different, and FEELS different, its like the emotional charge behind the habit has been taken away. I will definitely go back for more sessions around other issues, and would highly recommend him to anyone. He is very professional, has integrity, and is genuine. I think part of the reason why it worked so well is that even as a woman undergoing hypno I felt safe enough to be able to relax completely. A really insightful and extremely helpful session, delivered in a compassionate, skillful manner. So happy to have finally kicked my habit! Deep gratitude, Rafal.

Really nice relaxed atmosphere, gives a real boost when I'm struggling with anxiety.

I've been attending sessions with raff to overcome issues with anxiety, weight and smoking. I can't recommend raff enough. At the start of each session raff took time to explain the plan for that day going over what we would do and what to expect in a professional yet friendly manner. Since my first session I have been feeling so much better. My relationship with food has improved dramatically and I am no longer hooked on diet coke and haven't touched it for weeks. Which is amazing as prior to seeing raff would drink at least 1ltr a day!! Had my smoking cessation appointment today and since returning from the session havent felt the need or want to have a cigarette long may that continue. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish.
