Steven Eagell Toyota Northampton

I am on my second toyota car, got it from Steven Eagell Northampton. I was satisfied with my sales ma Jay. He was so patient, gave me all the information I needed. Jay guided me from the start until my car was delivered and even till now. Jay checks on me to know if the car is giving me peace. On a Sunday my tyre busted, Jay gave me reasonable advice on what to do. He called in to make sure the tyre has been fixed. I am thinking of buying my third car and Jay Jay will be on speed dial when I decide to do so.

They are nice and helpful until you're deciding to cancel your order. Then they're not answering emails and making it really hard to get refund of deposit which they promised to refund if you don't like this car.Definitely not recommend. I

I came in today to purchase my first car & the process was very quick and easy. Jay was extremely helpful explaining everything in detail and very considerate of all my wants and needs finding me the perfect car for me and my family. Can’t recommend Jay and the company enough and will definitely returning again in the future

Recently I came into Steven Eagell Toyota in Northampton in purchase for a first car for my daughter. I was immediately greatly by a lovely young gentleman by the name of Jay, and I must say the experience and hospitality that has been shown is second to none. Jay took his time to listen to what we want and we truly feel his best interest was to make sure we get the right car but also for the best deal. He is an asset to this company and I would strongly recommend anyone who’s looking to purchase a car to visit this man! We felt as if he was helping a friend rather than selling a customer a car. Will definitely be back to change my car with him too.

Nothing short of outstanding service!! We first dealt with, Tommy, who was, approachable, friendly & knowledgable. Tommy took time explaining the package etc... We did not go away with any questions unanswered, and felt confident in the Toyota brand. Tommy, did what he said he'll do, by following up, get the car sorted for us super quick! So, thank you, Tommy. Handover, was just as pleasant & smooth, we dealt with Dan. Again, Dan knew his stuff, he was friendly & pleasant. Took his time running through the features of the car. Overall, a great car buying experience, with Tommy & Dan a great asset to the Toyota brand, and that dealership in particular. We would like to thank the whole team there, from the 2 greeters we met on arrival, who were both helpful, and most importantly, smiling. The manager, who cared enough to sit down and see how are experience was. And, last but certainly not lease, Tommy & Dan. Keep up the great work. P.S. The hot chocolate is to die for;-)
