Come here often and had no problems love mark. However one big problem is the bald bloke. He is very mean and weird towards us, threatening to kick us out for sitting on a table however there is other people in the establishment doing the same thing. Is the only guy that charges entry unless ur friends with him. Over charges for table it is 5.40 per hour on pool. He took the money and only gave us 1 hour and a half. Which is weird. Don’t know he’s just very annoying. Also always makes sure we’re on the worst table where the cloth hasn’t been relayed in ages and the cushions are knackered. Refuses to give us the private room every time even when it’s not being used. We will be the only people in and he will always make sure we’re on the worst table. Also says we can’t play on the snooker tables as we’re too young and it’s been relayed recently. We only have this problem with the baldy. Never with mark or the nice woman.

Not really my cup of tea but I dare say it would be for many others who like to play snooker. Quiet if you want to concentrate on your game and have food which is very reasonably priced.

We've always liked the place and I've been coming years. Unfortunately it seems to be going downhill. Half of the tables don't have both rests; empty glasses are barely collected; and the smell from the toilets is so strong that it's all you can smell when you're at the bar. Hopefully they're just going through a bit of a lull. The people that work there are all sound.

Great snooker club, loads of tables, reasonably prices, child friendly and friendly staff. All paired with reasonable bar prices. Will definitely go again.

Had a room with Pool and Snooker table to share with some friends. Non-Members can come as guest of a member, but at £8 per year, it's worth becoming a member. Otherwise you pay for the table upfront. Members pay afterwards. £5.20 per hour for Snooker table; £4.80 for Pool table. Nice bar with decent selection of drinks at reasonable prices. Tip: it's cash only. No credit or debit cards.

Never again i myself been visiting this place for years the female staff are very friendly but the sight of this sam the lad with glasses makes me sick it should be illegal to be this ugly. i seen this individual approach a bunch of lovely lads who had also been members for years and his behaviour towards them was absolutely intolerable.

Some tables are better than others. Friendly staff but sometimes very loud. If you prefer not to be irritated as you play, there is a back room which is out of earshot of the bar. Usually lots of people playing except weekday mornings. All ages and abilities seem to be welcomed.
