Brentwood Villa Bed and Breakfast
Delicious & filling breakfasts (I highly recommend the cheese omelette!). Rooms comfortable & clean, especially recommend for those who like a firm mattress. Conveniently close for visiting at the University of Aberdeen, & a pleasant half-hour walk to downtown (or a quick bus ride).

The room was clean, nice and spacious. It's affordable and the hosts are lovely .Hot breakfast is amazing in the morning.You are given options to chose from night before. They are flexible and you can request breakfast earlier too.

Brentwood Villa Bed and Breakfast
New owner, Mary Lee. We stayed here as a family for the Aberdeen Youth festival. Very close to the University which was convenient. Mary was super helpful and very nice and let us eat breakfast late as we were jetlagged. She's a cook too. We asked for a Malaysian breakfast on our second day instead of the standard English breakfast and it was great.

Mary and Steven run a fine establishment and are two very lovely people. Between a delicious and well prepared meal to a very charming sleeping area, this place is quite the gem! Will be sure to contact them again when I return to Aberdeen!

Brentwood Villa Bed and Breakfast
Right opposite the university and just a 30 minute walk from the centre. It took us only 15 minutes to get to and from the airport. The host was so sweet: made us a hot breakfast every morning and was always available when we had questions about the room. The room was clean and warm and very comfortable. I definitely recommend this AirBnB! :)

Great location and lovely friendly owners. I had a single ground floor room with shared shower room. Breakfast was tasty ..cheese omelet delicious. Room was clean, fresh towels every day. Tv & hairdryer. Fixtures and fittings a bit tired. Had to shove a chair against the rattling noisy room door to stop it. Bus stops out side

Perfect location across the street of the university. Bus stop near the b&b or a 20 min walk to the city Center. Mary was very kind and she makes a lovely Malaysian breakfast, and other cakes (eg for the trip home), so nice! Will definitely stay here again.

Brentwood Villa Bed and Breakfast
Mary is a five-star host, creating a little home away from home. Situated directly across from the entrance to the University of Aberdeen, with a view of the tower on King's Chapel, and on a bus line into town, Mary's guest house couldn't be more convenient. The rooms at the back of the house are quiet. Be sure to ask her about her Malaysian dishes!

Brentwood Villa Bed and Breakfast
Fantastically accommodating hosts in ideal location close to Aberdeen University and Seaton park.We had to book a night last-minute; Mary and Steven were nonetheless perfectly welcoming and friendly, making up a lovely room for two. Mary was helpful with local knowledge and recommendations. The vegan breakfast option was much appreciated.We shall certainly be recommending this stay to friends and relatives who visit Aberdeen!
