Quality product with excellent customer service

I use CMP on a regular basis (I run a book design company) and I'm never disappointed with their service. They know their stuff and they are always on hand to help. The quality of their finished product is second to none, and I consider them my 'official printers'. They also use responsibly sourced paper - an added bonus.

I honestly don't think I'd have found a better printer if I'd spent months trawling through adverts. I'm very impressed, and delighted with everything: the quality of the finished product, the excellent service, the speed in production, the friendly,efficient help given to me right from the start, and most of all sheer value for money. I needed a company who could do a great job to produce my book. After trawling around for a while and talking to a few people I decided on CMP. Their website looked good, and had actual photos of their staff and machinery, rather than 'stock' photos. So, I took the plunge. I'm glad I did. From the pdf files we supplied they produced a wonderful hardcover book. Quality was excellent throughout - and they were very easy to work with through the whole process.
