We stopped off on bank holiday Monday to look at a used Kuga, we didn't have an appointment, we were meet by a lovely sales lady called Jyoti. I asked could I have the keys to look inside the car then asked was it ok to take for a test drive, even though the car was blocked in by other cars and they were working with short staff due to the bank holiday, nothing was too much hassle. We took the car for a drive whilst my car was appraised. Got back and a deal was done. I collected the car on the Thursday, and between the days from sale to collection Jyoti kept in contact and did everything I asked, She is a credit to both the Motor trade and the Marshall group, if I could give more stars I would. I work in the motortrade myself and she could teach several people I know a lesson. This was one of the best experiences I've had buying a car. Amazing service. I’m a driving instructor and needed a repair doing to my car at incredibly short notice. Emma on the service desk couldn’t have been more helpful. She understood my situation and was able to fit me in. Without the help I received I would have lost earnings and so I am incredibly grateful.

Bought a car from Jimmy who was pleasant and professional. Normally I look around many places first before settling on a purchase but Jimmy was clear and confident throughout and able to answer all my questions so we sorted the whole thing out quickly. The car is doing well (so far!) so no complaints from me!

I bought a Puma from here. James and Chris provided superb customer service. They did everything they could to provide me the best price possible, making sure I'm happy and excited about my new car. I mainly interacted with James upon my visit and he was so friendly and I got on very well with him. The showroom is very swanky and nice to look at. All the staff I interacted with we're nice and didn't mind at all that I had my young baby with me. They showed an interest in her which made me feel more at ease.

After looking at several garages for a new car Katie found us the perfect match . No pressure sales which is how we like it. Katie was welcoming, very helpful and knew her products. It made our purchase alot easier. We would definitely recommend/use Katie again. Thank you Katie.

Terrible service even the reception on the phone (no empathy at all).The only positive experience was from the staff in the front desk ( I forgot her name) who was the only kind person to comfort us on day 1 following car problem.Worst service as even once, they have not given update even if they will call that they ffup the part but not heard any (this would suffice).They keep on promising they will call back but nothing really happens (they were informed how important the transpo for our child).We are waiting for literally nothing.This is the first time I have to place a very bad service over my years of stay here in England.*i forgot to mention, ~3 months of this waiting in vain*I HOPE THIS WOULD NOT HAPPEN TO ANY CUSTOMER AT ALL.

I came in yesterday to a warm welcome. Will came over and knew everything that was needed (impressive knowledge!)All fixed and ready to go in about an hour. Super speedy. Really impressed with such great after care. Huge thanks to Jake for getting everything arranged.

Ford Marshall are a well knowledgeable company in the vehicles trade business and know exactly what customers want from a reliable well built vehicle to a pleasant easy to drive hassle free one, no wonder I have been owning Fords for 40 years now !
