We had amazing help from this company. Luke was an amazing help, finding us a great mortgage company, turning things around very quickly, and continuing to work with us and our home builder right through to the end to get things working!

I can’t thank Aidan and Lucy enough. Myself and my husband didn’t have the best credit rating however Aidan was able to secure me an offer. As it was a complex case it has been a long hard process however Aidan and Lucy where always quick to reply to me and update me every step of the day and where honest throughout. I needed some advice about life insurance with critical illness and income protection as I didn't understand it when I first took it out when I bought my house and wanted to find a better deal.I spoke to Harriette who was incredibly personable and friendly. She explained everything to me so I could understand what exactly I was paying for and got me the best deal possible and sorted it extremely quickly too!

I cannot recommend Finance Advise Centre enough! Thanks to Luke we have now been in our beautiful new home as mortgage owners for 2 weeks! A dream come true……Our story: I got in contact with Luke Grosse back in September 2021, to understand what my chances were of being able to obtain a mortgage. Luke talked me through some options to consider and helped me understand what i would need to do to put my finances into position for a mortgage.I have had negative credit history in the past so back in September the idea of being able to get a mortgage felt like a distant dream!In January once we had managed to build our savings into a good state I contacted 2 other mortgage advisors to get a second opinion on our position, both told me i had no chance of getting a mortgage. When Luke made contact again I explained what i had been told and that I knew we would get rejected so i was going to wait. I used the services given by Bhavini for my buy to let mortgage. She was very helpful and was always able to give me the answers straight away. She was very professional and understanding of the situation which is hard to find with advisors normally. She was also very efficient when it came to responding and was able to give me an offer for my mortgage quickly. Will highly recommend to anyone who is looking for an advisor.
