Qualitcare is a great agency to work for:-They treat their staff fairly; nursing staffs are indiscriminately given the same opportunity for work.-They are always working hard to secure good rates so that agency staffs are rewarded with descent pay for their hard work.-They are approachable and easy to speak to.-They always go extra mile to provide advice and support to those of their agency staffs who have been wrongfully or unfairly implicated in work related incidents, to ensure they are treated fairly in decision making, preventing them from unfair dismissal or suspension.I highly recommend this agency.
