Never hired before I approached Arnold Clark through word of mouth, and I am far from disappointed.Customer Service from all staff at the Hire Team in Wolverhampton has been beyond expectations, I would like to extend my thanks to Margaret, Steph and Keeley for hiring me at such short notices for work purposes.I will for the foreseeable future be returning to Arnold Clark for future hires.Keep up the great work, see you soon :)

The van hire team at Arnold Clark Wolverhampton were very friendly, helpful and reassuring. Arnold Clark is conveniently located opposite Bentley Bridge.Everything about the process of hiring the van from ringing up to make enquiries to handing back the van once I had finished ran smoothly.The van was a large new ford transit with all the mod cons including an infotainment system with android auto , cruise control and lane guidance.I needed to extend my van hire by an extra day and when i rang up this was not a problem.I would definitely recommend Arnold Clark and I would use them again myself in the future.

It'll be 5 stars, but I'm pretty sure renting a van out knowing one of the tyres is bald and illegal loses you a few points. Taking a photo of the tyre as the customer is around the back shows the employee noticed it. I'm thinking that because you have contacts all over with mechanics and tyre shops it's better to have the tyre changed on the customers time rather than the company.

Despite several positive experiences, need to be honest how customer experience has no longer become relevant to Arnold Clark.Last week, I saw a quote for £486 . Saw today £531 for the same thing. Appreciate prices fluctuating but told that prices haven't changed all year when they have, so basically being called a liar by Arnold Clark and no further forward. I was told to wait for Black Friday, but despite showing concern, ignored via social media and email when challenged with no solution. Arnold Clark decieve people , accuses you of lying ,but profiteering at customers expense is not great. Some of the worst customer service there is.

Excellent service. Needed a car at short notice and hired a Toyota C-HR and loved it. The members of staff who helped us were Paris on hire and Kelsey on return and both looked after us very well and related to us as individuals in a helpful and personable way.Many thanks
