I have used Tom Lefek twice on two different properties.Having a level 2 survey on each property.Both occasions Tom was very detailed & thorough. We contacted Tom to do a level 2 survey of a property we put an offer on.He was clear and concise over the phone and wasn't expensive, so we scheduled a date. The survey was very thorough and picked up a lot of work we hadn't noticed when viewing the property, he advised that we also needed a structural engineer's survey, when the Structural engineer read Toms report and saw the property he remarked that Tom had gone well beyond the survey we had commissioned and that he had a very good eye for detail.If it weren't for him, we would have ended up buying a money pit!
