Rang them about a car. They said it was the wrong picture in the ad and the wrong year. Said they had another and asked me to pop over straight away. I asked them for the registration and they said they would have to call tomorrow which didn't make any sense. Sure enough. They didn't call me back. So just a scam to get me there.Update. Reply from owner makes no sense. Why ask to come over straight away then? If the car was there they would know the reg.Actually glad I'm not a customer. Lucky escape

Booked an MOT for the next day, not great communication but otherwise seemed okay

The guys at Shirehampton Motors took a no obligation look at my flat tyre + broken lights and gave me a competitive quote plus reinflated my tyre so I was able to drive it to another garage to get it fixed. Kind, friendly and good vibes all around. Have had my MOT a couple of times here in the past with good, quick service.

Quick turnaround on an MOT which was great. However when I arrived at the garage at 5:10pm to collect my car it was completely closed despite their opening hours stating they are open until 5:30. No signs of life so who knows when they had left. I had spoken to someone and told them I was coming in to collect.No answer that evening to phone, email or FB message (they have still not replied to these).Guy the next morning was apologetic but I was left with no car for the evening and a late start the next day.

Ok so I'm going off of my experience with these guys under new management.good bunch off people very friendly they had my car sorted within 3 days and they sorted the problem I wanted them to sort out with no issues and they priced up well.the young lady on the phone was very nice and kind and when the work completed I got the call.these guys have passion in what they do and there prices are very good so I'd advise there serve out of ten I'd say a straight ten.............

The attendant is very friendly, however, the prices are extremely incompatible with the service provided. a score of 10 for the attendant and a score of 0 for the services.

Bought a Suzuki Swift from this garage after they'd sold the car I initially visited for and I wish I didn't bother! When I'd initially called I mentioned the bad reviews on here and I was informed that they had a new owner and not to worry. The owner himself is not hard to miss, fake white teeth, fake tan, tonnes of tattoos... I had a feeling he wasn't trustworthy but I was eager to get a car that day.I made it clear to him that I do not like buying cars without a recent MOT as you never know what's wrong with them. He sold me the Suzuki with the promise that it would be MOT'd the next working day - this was the ONLY REASON I bought this car.I brought the car back to the garage only to have it parked there all day and no MOT was completed. Absolute waste of £40 in Ubers to get there and back. The owner tried to lie and say that they did a service instead, however, no documents were given and the last service was in September so there was no need for a service, only the need for the MOT. He then said I could bring it back in a few months for a free MOT, which I wouldn't do even if THEY PAID ME! Purely beacuse the car they sold me had a list of issues (which they would have known about) which made the vehicle dangerous to drive. They had also completed the service prior to me buying the vehicle so there is no way that they missed these issues.Took the vehicle to a trusted garage and these were SOME of the issues:- No caps on any tyres- Front drivers wheels missing TWO BOLTS!!!- Slow punctures- Tyre valves needed replacing- Fog light not working (new wiring needed)- Coolant pipe corroded and leaking. A full replacement is required.I do think the BARE MINIMUM required to sell a vehicle to someone else is ensuring that the wheels are secured on PROPERLY! It's not rocket science.Anyway thought I'd share my experience with this company/the owner so you don't fall for the same trickery. All I know is, never trust a man who buys his smile from Turkey hahah!!!
