Well Pharmacy

This has to be the worst Pharmacy in the area. If not Plymouth! Mostly late and very often has items missing. I received a call from my Practice Nurse on a Tues. to say I couldn’t have my pneumonia jab, because I was on strong Antibiotics & need 6 clear days from completion of course. When I said I wasn’t on them, as still waiting for them, she said the prescription was sent the prev. Friday as urgent. I called the shop 6 times in a row, before each call timed out. When it was ans’d. I was told that some items were on the shelf, but had to wait for others which came in today.When I collected the prescription, I asked the pharmacist if it had been waiting long, I was told, ‘no, just a couple of days.’When I got home, in a box marked 8 tablets there was a cut strip of 2 & another of 4?!!!Now, either someone is not telling the whole truth, or just downright lying.Oh! And after I got home, had a msg. to say my prescription was ready for collection. Unbelievable!

Been waiting since Monday for prescription someone went to collect it for me at 12.45 door was locked as customers were in the shop .Takes ages for them to get stock in absolutly disgusting people's lives depend on this so called service.When it was Co Op chemist theyou were brilliant.

They failed to fulfil my prescription for 5 consecutive days, I've been told its gone to Central hub and even after that the item I need is still missing. This is disgusting that I am now left with no meds for a full week

I never get everything when I get someone to collect my prescription, always something missing, then I can't get hold of them on the phone, no one ever seams to answer when I try repeatedly, and to top it off it shows at the doctor's I have received things from the chemist that I havent

Never answer phone. Mum's tablets never delivered, always having to come up for them after saying they will be on delivery .. Worst chemist!!!! My mum is out of her medication, not good

Never had a problem with this pharmacy.The staff are polite, friendly and professional.Ignore the lower star ratings as they are probably due to the over-entitled" or people that have forgotten to request a repeat prescription and are taking it out on the pharmacy."

Absolutely wonderful staff always sorted meds on time never had any missing always happy and helpful when needing advice if I could score a 10 i would

Sent here for advice from nhs 111 service and the pharmacist was less than helpful considering it was a sensitive issue. Hardly asked any questions or offered any support. Waste of time and only made a bad situation seem even worse. No customer service whatsoever

So slow try ringing them it rings then it goes to engaged .I don't want walk down there if tablets aren't ready as I'm waiting for a knee replacement. Not open on a sat always short staff

medication always late, won't give emergency med meaning withdrawal symptoms.Pharmacist stared at me and didn't say anything and ignored me when I said hi so had to wait about 10 mins in an empty shop...
