Summary of the summitIt gave me a healthier way of thinking about my problems or hurdles in life. Although I did not sit through all the talkers ....I dipped in and out and found great benefit in the variety of speakers and their expertise.Finding benefit in those that I did see and I expect I would have also benefited from those I did not see.There was a clarity humour engagement that each speaker gave. To emerge ones self completely a podcast would be so so beneficial as we reassess what was said again and again, moving throw the layers of our emotions concerns ambitions, as we step forward to where we need to be and should be as individuals, our better self regardless of our circumstances or mishaps.
