Rotten. Use pushy tactics to sell, requested bank statements before they would put forward an offer and got told I had to speak to their their broker. Feel bad for the seller as it has put me off using them

Churchill's did a great job getting our flat ready to re-let after being redecorated. We are very particular about tenants, but they kept us up to date throughout with great communication and help in finding the right tenants. There was a small issue when the tenants moved in and this was resolved very quickly as well.

They handled the sale with great care & sympathy, always taking into account that we were still grieving. I was always kept informed every step of the way.
