Xstream Landscaping

I have been left shocked and disgusted at not just the work Xstream landscaping done for me but also their attitude towards myself and my home, after contacting them to start work which should have taken 1 week at the most, the work started and before long i noticed things were going wrong as the slabs were not level, the new fence wasn't level, they would not turn up to finish work they had started and i told them to stop the work but for about the next 6 weeks every time i came home from work they had been and done more work, even for someone who knows very little about this sort of work i could see it was a mess from early on. It was at this point when things turned nasty and he started to demand money for the work i did not want, and also money for work that was clearly not finished or to any standard. After telling them to stop the work, once again he continued to work at my garden while i was at work until he said he had finished, then the bullying and the threats started if he didnt get his money asap. He followed me to work one day and i arrived there to find him waiting outside for me, a lot of evenings when i was home with my young son he would be banging and shouting at my front door, this got to the stage where i was so afraid of what they would do i had to pay for work i did not want or ask for just to stop this abuse, i have just recently had my garden done again to sort the mess they left and cannot believe how badly the work has been done until the groundworkers lifted the slabs Xstream landscaping had laid previously, as they lifted the slabs it was plain to see they had not even dug out the existing topsoil, or possibly my grass, they had only put down 1 inch of hardcore on top and laid their slabs on a very weak compo mix which had all crumbled and sunk underneath leaving my slabs moving and sinking on the topsoil, which i have been told should have been at least 4 inches deep after the topsoil had been taking out, i also had to take down the fence they put up as the main posts were not even concreted in, the gate has never shut properly, the spars were not level, its actually hard to believe how much they have taken advantage of me by doing the work while i was not there and knew little about, and this is only the front of my house, unfortunately they slabbed a bigger area at the back of my house which is still to be lifted to see what damage has been done. He is nothing more than a common thief and conman. i just wonder how many other people have had similar work done by Craig Cottrell, HE OWES ME ALOT OF MONEY!!!
