THE River Lea rowing club have been cutting away metal bars along the riverbank with which people who fall in can climb out from this often fast flowing river.This was done without permission on the river bank which they do not own. They issuied a statement admitting this.It was done right by their club where they take children out on their first rowing experence.What action is British rowing going to take?
